Prosperity Self Care Essentials was born from one of the hardest moments of my life.

In January 2021, my mother was diagnosed with cancer. Without hesitation, I quit my job to become her full time caregiver while continuing to raise my four children. I was overwhelmed, grieving, and navigating a new world, but I also knew it was time to finally act on the dream I had put off for three years.

That dream became Prosperity Self Care Essentials. What started as handmade soaps and bath bombs made side by side with my mother even as she battled illness quickly grew into something bigger. Something deeper. A purpose.

By 2023, I stepped back to reimagine the future of my brand. Skincare had always been something I loved and something my mother passed down to me. I remembered watching her take time to care for her skin, even during difficult times. It wasn’t just about beauty it was about self preservation, identity, and pride.

So I got to work. I researched. I rebranded. I rebuilt.

What emerged was a skincare line rooted in wellness, safety, and self respect. I made a promise to create products that were certified natural and organic formulas safe enough for my mother, my children, and anyone seeking clean beauty without compromise. Because what goes on your skin goes into your body. You should never have to second guess what you’re using.
